About the Role:
We invite you to become a part of the Grand National Hotel and Saint Peter, iconic establishments celebrated for their excellence in service and hospitality. Our legacy of creating exceptional experiences for our guests is upheld by our dedicated team members, and we are excited to welcome an enthusiastic and seasoned professional to our esteemed Front Office team.
We are currently seeking a meticulous and committed Part Time Hotel Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Front Office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Operations:
Daily front desk operations.
Guest check-ins and check-outs.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints.
2. Guest Services:
Record and respond to guest feedback.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation in front office and lobby.
3. Food & Beverage Duties:
- Assist with making coffee and basic drinks during check in.
4. Coordination and Communication:
Work with Housekeeping and Maintenance for quality rooms and services.
Ensure proper accounting practices as per SOPs.
5. Safety and Security:
- Ensure safety and security of hotel, guests, and patrons.
Essential Qualifications:
Experience in hotel management or a related hospitality field (preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to customer service.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Comfortable using booking/PMS systems and basic tech tools.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Must have the right to work in Australia.
