ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a suitably experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee hospital catering. The right candidate will be an adaptable, multi-skilled, and reliable professional who is dedicated to excellence and delivering work of a high quality, consistently. This role involves cooking in addition to kitchen management.
The ability to work within a team, communicate effectively and inspire all staff members to perform their duties to the highest standards is required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the daily hospital catering operations including rostering, ordering, cooking and compliance
- Menu reviews and updates
- Quality control and auditing to comply with Food Authority Standards
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
- At least 3 years experience in hospital or aged care catering with prior management experience
- Qualifications in food safety and hygiene
