Concrete Sales has the largest concrete supply network. No other supplier has access to a supply network this big by making one call. We can supply premixed concrete to anyone and do so in South Australia, New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria all based out of our office in Bayswater VIC. We specialise in looking after “the little guys” in the industry and the DIY market.

Our culture is a committed work family. We care about each other and our business; one we are immensely proud of.

Being a small business, we pride ourselves on pitching in and supporting our fellow colleagues. If we need to stay back on occasions, we do and we rotate a half Saturday morning shift throughout the entire team; which attracts additional pay. We need you to be flexible! Between Monday - Friday 6.00am - 5.00pm. Our staff have a particular shift however now and then we need to be flexible with each other.

About you

We are seeking a detail-oriented people person who can and who will enjoy working in our fun loving, passionate customer service team. We love our customers, and we work energetically all day long. Good attention to detail – this must come naturally to you.

Responsibilities

Taking concrete orders over the phone, paying high attention to the details of the order

Converting quotes into sales

Providing amazing customer service by developing close relationships with our customers and suppliers; most of whom partner with us on a regular basis

Processing payments and reconciling

Skills

Microsoft Office computer skills including being proficient in Excel

Demonstrated experience with invoicing would be highly regarded

Soft skills: adaptability, enthusiasm, empathy and patience. We need someone who can show the customer how important they are to us and the business by interacting with customer in a super friendly- helpful and positive way.
