THE OPPORTUNITY

Located at our facilities in Whittingham NSW, a new and exciting Accountant role has emerged in our business.

You will play a key role in managing the financial operations across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Responsibilities include:

Preparing and lodging BAS on a monthly and/or quarterly basis, ensuring GST is accurately recorded and reconciled to the general ledger.

Managing documentation for income tax, fringe benefits tax (FBT), and superannuation obligations.

Overseeing all payroll functions, including maintaining master files, identifying discrepancies prior to review and sign-off, managing superannuation, and completing salary and wage declarations for workers’ compensation.

Maintaining comprehensive financial records for superannuation funds and liaising with external accountants and auditors for annual reporting.

Monitoring and managing costs for commercial properties and developments, including invoicing, budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.

Completing daily reconciliations and documentation for foreign currency and forward exchange contracts.

Managing financial documentation across all entities for audit and statutory reporting requirements.

About You

You’ll bring a strong accounting foundation and a proactive approach to managing multiple financial tasks with precision and professionalism.

Experience in audit and/or taxation.

Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated experience across a broad range of accounting functions.

A willingness to learn and adapt to evolving business needs.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proven ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
