As part of their expansion journey, they’re seeking a dynamic Warehouse Manager to oversee critical evening shift operations at one of their flagship sites.

The Opportunity
Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in high-volume, fast-moving environments? This PM shift role is ideal for a people-focused operations professional who understands the value of structure, teamwork, and getting things done right. We are looking for someone who is systems savvy, someone who is ready to dive headfirst into hard work. You’ll take charge of a skilled team across warehouse and paint line activities, driving productivity, safety, and service delivery during a key operational window.

Hours: Monday to Friday | 4:00pm – 12:00am

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of evening warehouse and dispatch operations

Lead, coach, and support a team of 30–50 across warehouse and paint line

Manage outbound freight—loading 8–9 trucks nightly with 20–25 tonnes of material

Monitor fleet scheduling and ensure customer delivery deadlines are met

Use reporting tools and warehouse systems to track KPIs and improve performance

Maintain high-quality standards across the paint line and material handling processes

Promote a safety-first culture and ensure full compliance with procedures

Identify and implement improvements in workflow, equipment usage, and team efficiency

Work collaboratively with senior leadership to align shift outputs with national objectives

Salary and Benefits

Base $120k - $140k + Super 12%
