Key Responsibilities:

Allocate blue-collar staff weekly based on project requirements and 8-week lookaheads.

Liaise with project managers, supervisors, and plant teams to monitor staff performance and project needs.

Manage logistics and planning for truck and Ute movements across projects.

Key Attributes:

Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills.

Excellent organisational and communication abilities.

Analytical mindset with experience in labour scheduling and workforce optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee plant operations, pre-start compliance, and maintenance schedules.

Monitor subcontractor plant onboarding and usage.

Manage plant hours, repair priorities, and cost control initiatives.

Maintain asset registers, track usage, and report weekly to management.
