About the role

Formalux Windows and Doors is seeking a Sales Consultant - Designer to join our team in Neerabup, WA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and design expertise to our clients, helping them create their dream homes with high-quality German uPVC windows and doors.

Australian work authorisation is required for this position.

What you'll be doing

Providing professional sales and design consultations to customers, understanding their needs and preferences

Presenting a wide range of window and door options, guiding customers through the selection process

Producing detailed design proposals and visualisations to help customers envision the final product

Collaborating with the production team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and on-time delivery

Maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing excellent after-sales support

Achieving individual and team sales targets through exceptional customer service and product knowledge

What we're looking for

Experience in a sales or design consultant role, ideally within the home improvement or construction industry, however product training will be provided

A minimum of 1-2 years of sales or design consultant experience is required.

Experience within the home improvement industry is preferred.

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to understand and meet customer needs

Proficient in using design software and tools to create visually appealing product visualisations

Training will be provided on design software proficiency.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical details in a clear and engaging manner

Passion for the home improvement industry and a keen eye for design trends and solutions

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer queries and requirements
