About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Flooring Sales Consultant to join our growing Albany team.
If you have experience in the flooring industry — either in sales, quoting, or as a flooring installer — this could be the perfect next step in your career.

This role combines customer service, design advice, and project management. You’ll be helping clients choose the right product, measure and quote jobs, and coordinate with our trusted installation team to ensure every project is completed to perfection.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers in the showroom with professional product advice
• Prepare and present accurate quotes using in-store systems
• Conduct on-site measure and quotes (company vehicle provided for visits)
• Liaise with suppliers, installers, and customers to coordinate installations
• Maintain showroom presentation and stock samples
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s growth

About You
You’re confident, practical, and genuinely enjoy helping customers. You have an eye for detail and design, and you understand what makes great flooring.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
• Flooring sales, flooring installation, or building/interior design experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read floor plans and measure accurately
• A valid driver’s licence (essential)
• Strong computer and quoting system skills (training provided)
• A proactive, positive attitude and desire to be part of a supportive team
