In this role, you will visit customers in their homes to provide expert advice on our patented blackout blind customised solutions.

You will be responsible for measuring windows, preparing accurate quotations, and converting enquiries from our highly automated pipeline into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home, office or facility consultations with customers

Accurately measure windows and assess installation requirements

Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and style preferences

Prepare and present quotations

Update the CRM and workflow automated app with real-time status

Work with the team in achieving sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service

About You:

Previous experience in sales or installation, interior design, or window furnishings (preferred but not essential)

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

A high level of attention to detail with measuring and quoting

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Willing to be flexible and adaptable within a fast moving and growing family-owned WA business

Current driver’s licence
