Sales Consultant – Mars Campers – Caboolture, QLD

As demand for our products continues to grow, we’re looking for the right person to join our team in Caboolture and help us deliver the exceptional service our customers expect.

About The Role

This full-time position is perfect for someone passionate about camping, 4WD, and the outdoors. Your primary focus will be guiding customers through their buying journey – from first contact to handover and post-sale support – while also supporting the day-to-day operations of the showroom. $60,000 to $90,000 OTE

We’re not just looking for a salesperson – we’re after a genuine team player who takes pride in great customer service and wants to build a long-term career in the leisure and adventure industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Engage with walk-in and online customers to promote our full range of new and used caravans and campers

Convert enquiries into successful sales and handovers

Manage showroom presentation and stock readiness

Process orders and arrange deliveries from our warehouse to customers

Balance daily till, handle payments, and complete necessary reporting

Answer emails and phone enquiries promptly and professionally

Maintain ongoing customer relationships and assist with post-sale support

Work closely with the team to achieve showroom targets and KPIs

We’re Looking for Someone With:

Previous experience in retail or sales (automotive, caravan, or leisure industry preferred)

A passion for customer service and helping people find the right product

Practical/technical aptitude and a hands-on mindset

Enthusiasm, drive, and a self-motivated attitude

Strong attention to detail and computer literacy (Excel, Word, etc.)

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A valid driver’s licence
