The Role:

Due to an exciting period of growth, Alpha Jiu Jitsu is actively seeking expressions of interest from Membership Sales Consultants, to be considered for our Rouse Hill Location.

As a Membership Consultant, you will play a key role in driving membership growth and engagement at Alpha Jiu Jitsu. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Building relationships with potential members.

Onboarding new clients.

Providing information on membership options and benefits.

Assisting members in setting and achieving their goals.

Promoting a positive and welcoming environment for all members.

Keeping up with the cleanliness of the work space.

Marketing and advertising for the company.

Events management and sales.

What you'll need to succeed:

Outgoing, friendly, and dedicated to helping others succeed in their journey.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for health, fitness and martial arts.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in sales and customer service.
