The Role

We are a growing and expanding company with our Head office now in Newcastle. We are seeking part-time and full-time Sales Consultants to join our Central Coast and Newcastle (NSW) region. As a sales consultant, you will be working closely with our customers, providing measures and quotes to find the most suitable products for their needs. Other responsibilities include:

Report to our Sales manager

Follow up on leads and strive for a successful sale.

Build and maintain rapport with all key customer accounts.

Work closely with the Sales Manager to exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly budgets.

Proactively looking at new methods to generate new business and leads.

The Candidate

To be successful, the candidate will need to be or have:

Highly motivated with an inspirational attitude towards their job

Excellent communication skills with an ability to build meaningful relationships with clients.

Have strong problem-solving abilities to think outside the square when meeting client's needs. "Nothing is a problem, and only a challenge to overcome/resolve" attitude.

An ability to accurately site measure and

Ability to accurately measure windows and doors for precise product fitting and quotations.

A current Australian driver license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Current Australian car licence and access to a reliable vehicle for client visits.

A friendly and confident personality, with an ability to recommend suitable products for customers.

Previous experience working with doors and windows will be highly advantageous.

Minimum of 3+ years sales experience to effectively manage client relationships and achieve sales targets.
