The Opportunity

As a Sales Consultant at VanHomes, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers exploring life-changing housing options. This is a high-volume, high-reward role, ideal for a confident communicator who thrives on building relationships and closing deals.

You’ll engage with both inbound and outbound leads via phone, manage customer visits to our display homes, and guide each client through the purchase process with care and professionalism.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll receive extensive onboarding and sales training, with clear targets and structured support to help you succeed — and earn.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls (80–100 daily, with 25 connected calls on average)

Guide customers through our display homes and sales process

Build relationships and identify customer needs

Convert qualified leads into sales

Maintain accurate records using CRM (HubSpot or similar)

Meet individual and team KPIs (with realistic onboarding ramp-up targets)

Work rotating Saturdays (9am–1pm), with flexibility for booked appointments on other Saturdays

About You

2+ years’ experience in sales or client-facing roles

Confident communicator across phone, email, and in-person

CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred)

Motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused

Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment

Valid driver's license (occasional local travel required)
