About the role

We are seeking an experienced Allied Health Receptionist to join our team at Allsports And Family Podiatry, based in West Leederville, WA. This role has possibilities for casual, pastime or full time depending on the applicant. We are offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

Greeting patients and clients in a friendly and professional manner

Scheduling and coordinating appointments for allied health professionals

Handling patient inquiries and providing excellent customer service

Maintaining accurate patient records and updating medical information

Assisting with administrative tasks such as invoicing and filing

Ensuring the reception area is well-organised and presentable

Clinical Instrument preparation

What we're looking for

Previous experience working in a medical or allied health reception role is preferred but we are willing to train applicants with out prior medical experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in using medical software and electronic health records

Friendly, patient, and compassionate nature when dealing with clients

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
