Medical Receptionist/Administration (Healthcare & Medical)
Casual | $28–$30 per hour | Up to 4 days/week | No weekends or after-hours

What You’ll Do

Welcome and assist patients in a warm, professional manner

Manage bookings and patient records with 100% accuracy

Respond to emails and patient enquiries

Process patient billing and payments

Maintain clean and organised reception, rooms, and kitchen

Complete general administrative tasks and document management

What We’re Looking For

Australian citizenship or permanent residency

Healthcare Reception experience is Essential

Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail

High reliability and strong organisational skills

Ability to learn new skills and adapt to new technology is essential

Current Police Clearance

Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Experience with Best Practice (or other patient software)

Experience with Tyro/EFTPOS is a bonus
