Marketing Specialist | CRM + Campaigns + AI | Sports & Entertainment

About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who’s commercially minded, super organised, and ahead of the curve when it comes to AI (well beyond just ChatGPT).

This is a hands-on, proactive role where you’ll own national campaign execution, manage the CRM (ActiveCampaign), and deliver sales-driven marketing initiatives that fuel growth. You’ll work closely with franchise partners to bring campaigns to life locally, support sales teams with targeted marketing, and use your AI expertise to make marketing smarter, faster, and more effective.

What You’ll Do

Deliver end-to-end campaigns across EDMs, in-venue, sponsorships & activations.

Own CRM (ActiveCampaign) — build, schedule, report and optimise customer campaigns.

Partner with sales to create targeted campaigns and materials that drive growth.

Support franchise partners to roll out national and local campaigns successfully.

Analyse campaign/CRM performance and make smart, data-driven recommendations.

Use your advanced AI know-how to plan, create, deliver and optimise campaigns.

Collaborate closely with PR, digital and brand teams to ensure marketing impact.

Qualifications

1–3 years’ marketing experience

Degree in Marketing (or related field)

Excellent writing & communication skills
