Credit Officer | Moorebank | $80,000 - $85,000 plus super

They are now seeking a confident and motivated Credit Officer experienced in managing both small and major accounts.

The Position

This standalone role requires a dynamic individual with comprehensive experience in managing the full credit function, with a strong emphasis on major accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Daily bank allocations and reconciliations using Xero
• Ledger management, overseeing a ledger of 500 active accounts with a mix of small & major accounts
• Collections, conducting email and outbound collection calls to collect of outstanding debts
• Setting up new accounts
• Customer support and resolving customer queries and re-sending invoices
• Placing orders on hold and releasing as needed
• Payment processing, handling payments, claims, rebates and credits notes
• Assist with ad hoc duties

The Candidate

• Knowledge of Excel
• Ability to work in the office 5 days per week
• Strong relationship skills with the ability to influence customers
• Experience and or confidence managing a standalone position
• Experience managing major accounts including claims, rebates and credit notes
