At Uncle Tetsu Melbourne, we are known for our fluffy cheesecakes and brûlée crepes.
We are currently expanding our operations and looking for new members to join our team.

Responsibilities

Assisting with bakery production (measuring, mixing, preparation, oven work)

Handle hot trays and carry ingredients or products safely (some heavy lifting involved)

Supporting food preparation and packaging

Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment

Customer service at the front counter (serving, cashier, general assistance)

Working as part of a team to keep daily operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

Eligible to work in Australia

Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn

Attention to detail and pride in cleanliness

Comfortable with repetitive tasks and precise work

Able to work both back of house (kitchen/production) and front of house (customer service)

Positive attitude and team player mindset

Work Conditions

Part-time or Full-time available (no casual positions)

3–5 shifts per week, 8-hour shifts within 8:00–22:00 roster

Minimum 6 months commitment required

Pay: Competitive hourly rates in line with Award (average rate across weekdays, weekends and public holidays is approx. $30–35/hour depending on rostered shifts)
