Key Responsibilities

Market Research and Location Scouting: Identify potential high-traffic locations for our laundry lockers – such as apartment buildings, student housing, gyms, co-working offices and universities. Research those prospects online and compile a target list with key details (location info, management contacts, etc.).

Field Marketing and Location Scouting: Visit prospective partner sites in person to assess suitability. You will represent Eclo! on these visits – meeting building managers or property staff to introduce our service, collecting information (foot traffic, number of residents or users etc.), and evaluating where lockers could be placed. Expect to spend part of your week out in the field around Brisbane’s neighbourhoods.

Data Gathering and Reporting: Document insights from each site visit. This includes recording location details, taking photos, estimating traffic, and capturing contact information. You will maintain a simple database for the team, summarising each location’s potential and any feedback from on-site conversations.

Partnership Outreach: Using Eclo!’s marketing materials (pitch deck, brochures, proposal letters), approach building managers and decision-makers to explain the benefits of our lockers. You won’t be making hard sales pitches on your own, but you will spark the conversation, leave information and gauge interest. For interested locations, you will help coordinate follow-up meetings between the building manager and our business owner.
