About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic SalesMarketing & Communications Assistant to join the team on a contract basis. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with flexible hours (approx. 25 hours per week). You'll be the voice that connects with our audience, drives engagement, and supports the growth of this exciting new platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls using an already-created database
• Send professional and engaging follow-up emails
• Manage and update information using Excel
• Support general marketing and communications activities
• Contribute ideas and energy to help grow a start-up business

About You
We're looking for someone who is not just skilled but also sports-loving and enthusiastic about being part of a start-up journey. You are:

• A self-starter who also works well in a team
• Trustworthy, honest, and accountable
• Articulate, vibrant, and confident on the phone
• Tech-savvy, with strong Excel skills and reliable internet access
• Genuinely interested in marketing and communications
• Ideally, connected to or involved in the sporting community

What We Offer

• $30 per hour + super (approx. 25 hours per week)
• Contract/casual role for 6 weeks - 3 months, with potential for ongoing permanent work (part-time or full-time)
• 100% remote - work from the comfort of your home
• Reimbursement for phone calls (BYO laptop/desktop to start; potential for company-provided laptop after probation period)
