Marketing & Client Happiness Sidekick
Part-time | 2 days per week to start | Work From Home + Brisbane Content Days | Growth Opportunity

We’re a busy, family-friendly mortgage brokerage looking for a creative, organised, and people-focused superstar to join our team as our new Marketing & Client Happiness Sidekick. This is a unique role where you’ll combine your flair for content creation with genuine client care to keep our community engaged, supported, and smiling.

This position will begin at 2 days per week, with the view to expand to 3–4 days in 2026 as our business continues to grow. While we’d love someone based in Queensland (and able to join us in Brisbane for content days), we’re open to interstate applicants for the right person.

What you’ll do:

Create fun, engaging social media content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, photos & graphics)

Design graphics, posts, and marketing assets in Canva

Capture and edit video content for socials and campaigns

Plan, schedule, and manage posts across multiple platforms

Respond to DMs and community engagement messages

Manage email marketing, lead magnets, and client comms

Organise client check-ins, loan reviews, gifts, and mail-outs

Work alongside our web designer to keep our website fresh and current

Support events and marketing campaigns as needed

Ensure everything meets strict industry compliance requirements

About you:

A natural content creator with a creative eye for video, photography & editing

Confident using Canva, social media platforms, and ChatGPT (or willing to learn fast)

A warm communicator who loves connecting with people and clients

Organised, detail-focused, and proactive with great time management

Comfortable taking feedback and turning ideas into action

Positive, fun, and someone who thrives in a small, supportive team environment

What we offer:

$35–$50 per hour depending on experience
