Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and creative Graphic Design & Marketing Assistant to join Sunnycare’s dynamic marketing team.

In this role, you will create engaging visual content and assist in executing marketing campaigns to strengthen Sunnycare’s brand presence and foster stronger connections with the community.

This position is ideal for someone who is well-organised, energetic, a confident communicator, and passionate about creating impactful designs and promotional materials for seniors and culturally diverse communities.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce high-quality graphic and marketing materials for both print and digital platforms (e.g. brochures, flyers, social media posts, e-newsletters).

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns in line with Sunnycare’s brand positioning.

Create engaging content for social media platforms and help manage the posting schedule.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

Assist with photography, video production, and editing for promotional materials.

Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.

Maintain accurate records and organise marketing assets and related files.

Requirements
Essential

Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.

Fluency in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is an advantage).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage naturally with multicultural communities.

Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with major social media platforms.

Access to your own transport to occasionally travel to different locations for photo/video shoots or marketing tasks (negotiable if you do not have a vehicle).

Part-time role: approximately 2–3 days per week.

Desirable

Experience in aged care or disability services.

Social media management and digital content creation experience.

Basic photography and video editing skills.
