Q&A Market Research is a respected, privately owned Australian company based in Milton. With over 20 years of experience in the market research industry, we've built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality insights across a range of industries.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our call centre and face-to-face interviewing team as Market Research Interviewers.

This is not a sales role. Instead, you'll be conducting outbound market research surveys with members of the public over the phone or in person.

You'll be:

Engaging with a wide range of people in a professional, friendly manner

Asking questions on various topics (surveys change regularly)

Accurately recording responses

Representing Q&A professionally, often contacting people unfamiliar with our company

No experience is necessary — full training and support are provided.

We're seeking candidates who are:

Confident communicators with a friendly phone or face-to-face manner

Fluent in English

Honest, reliable, and eager to learn

Keen to learn new skills and progress into other roles

Able to problem-solve and think on their feet

Available for at least 4 shifts per week
