Finance Manager | Sydney | Circa $150k + Super | High-Growth Property

The Opportunity:

• Report to the Senior Finance Manager on a 6-month contract
• Take ownership of monthly management accounts, group consolidations, elimination journals and external reporting to lenders and investors.
• Lead technical accounting and complex consolidation across multiple entities and currencies, including fair-value investment property, PPA for acquisitions, and leases.
• Manage half-year audits, half-year financial statements and intensive lender reporting for multiple debt facilities.
• Focus primarily on Balance Sheet and Cash Flow on a monthly basis

What You’ll Bring:

• CA/CPA qualified with Big 4 training, plus 3+ years' commercial experience in property, real estate, trust or funds management.
• Strong technical accounting skills, multi-currency consolidation experience and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Confidence working in a large, complex organisation with exposure to international operations across Asia-Pacific.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and handle high-volume external reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
