Our Client:

Experiencing exponential growth in the past 5 years, our client is now one of Australia’s largest property investment advisory teams. A values-driven business with a mission to guide their members on an exciting wealth-creation journey, they have garnished great write-ups in publications such as the AFR and are continuing to go from strength to strength…

Duties:

Following their pre-qualification and commitment to a Membership fee with firm, you will conduct face-to-face and virtual sessions with members to build a tailor-made property portfolio plan

• Meeting with clients and building an investment strategy based on their current situation.
• Present shortlisted properties and position members with the most suitable properties for them based on their property portfolio plan.
• Managing a pipeline of members throughout various stages of the property purchasing process.
• Liaising with the internal investment lending team for capacity.
• Ensuring positive end-to-end member experience.
• Generating new prospects from referrals.

Following purchase, introduce them to and hand-over to the Member Success team

Specific requirements:

• Proven track record of sales / conversion success (ideally within Real Estate or the property investment industry)
• Proficient with standard computer systems and CRM’s.
• Self-motivated, sets high goals and commits to achieving them.
• Always puts the success of clients first .
