We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join this passionate and high-performing team. Working closely with the Construction Manager, Development Manager, and senior Project Managers, you’ll support project delivery from feasibility through to completion, including design coordination, documentation, contracts, and stakeholder engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design Development Phase
• Assist the Construction Manager in reviewing proposed sites, DBYD, levels, restrictions, and surrounding context.
• Support preparation of preliminary project costings based on concept plans and tenant specifications.
Planning Phase
• Assist the Development Manager with consultant engagement and documentation coordination.
• Support liaison with Authorities and other external stakeholders.
Design Phase
• Support project delivery programs, project briefs, and consultant fee proposals.
• Help manage design meetings, document control, and version updates.
Tender & Procurement
• Assist with preparation and distribution of tender packages for consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Support pre-tender meetings, clarifications, and tender evaluations.
Contract & Documentation Management
• Maintain project documentation systems and registers.
• Support preparation of contracts, subcontracts, and consultant agreements.
Construction & Delivery
• Assist in managing head contracts, variations, extensions of time, and progress claims.
• Support communication and coordination between tenants, consultants, and contractors.
Financial Management
• Assist in tracking project budgets, forecasts, and cashflows.
• Support preparation of monthly financial and project summary reports.
• Help process invoices and monitor payments.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
Internal: Construction Manager, Development Manager, Project Managers
External: Contractors, Subcontractors, Consultants, Tenants
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Degree or diploma in Building, Construction Management, Property, or a related field.
• 2–3 years experience in construction, project coordination, or contract administration.
• Exposure to design management, tendering, or project delivery processes.
• Strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
