We’re seeking an experienced Cook / Chef – Kitchen Manager to take the lead in our kitchen operations. This is a full-time salaried role with a rotational roster, no nights, and no split shifts — perfect for someone who values work-life balance.

As Kitchen Manager, you’ll work closely with our small, talented team to:

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service

Prepare and deliver delicious, wholesome food that reflects our “fresh, local, full of flavour” philosophy

Manage stock control, supplier orders, and food safety compliance

Support, train, and motivate the kitchen team

Create weekly specials that highlight Mornington Peninsula produce

You’ll be a great fit if you:

Have experience in a café or fast-paced daytime kitchen

Understand cost control, food safety, and quality standards
