We’re a high-end residential landscape company working across Melbourne and surrounds, and we’re looking for a talented Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect to lead our design team.

This is a senior role with the opportunity to grow into a leadership position within a fun, supportive, and passionate team.
You’ll be responsible for bringing stunning outdoor spaces to life—working with discerning clients, crafting beautiful gardens, and collaborating closely with our construction team. When you’re not designing, you’ll assist with quoting and tendering to help bring our visions to reality.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead concept and detailed design for residential projects
• Work directly with clients to bring their garden visions to life
• Create concept plans, planting schedules, construction details, and 3D visuals
• Collaborate with our construction team to deliver outstanding results
• Assist with project quoting, costing, and tender documentation

What We’re Looking For
• Qualified Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect
• 3+ years’ experience in the landscape design industry (residential preferred)
• Strong horticultural knowledge and understanding of Melbourne’s climate
• Skilled in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• A passion for design and a love for beautiful gardens
• Confident communicator and team player
• Organised, motivated, and ready to step up
