About the Role

We’re looking for a Head Landscaper to lead one of our construction crews (team of 3). You'll be responsible for delivering top-tier landscapes on time, on budget, and to the high standard we’re known for.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage a small team on-site

Ensure high-quality workmanship across all aspects of landscaping

Interpret and work from detailed design plans

Manage materials, timelines, and communicate with clients

Maintain WHS compliance on-site

Work closely with the Construction Manager and broader team

What You’ll Need

5+ years' experience running your own business or as a landscaper with a company

Qualified landscaper (Cert III or equivalent)

Excellent skills in: paving, decking, retaining walls, basic concreting, turf, irrigation etc.

Strong leadership skills – able to guide and hold your team accountable, delivering projects on time and on budget

Eye for detail and pride in your work

Ability to problem-solve and think ahead on-site

Manual driver’s licence

Positive attitude, reliable and proactive
