The Role
You’re a Senior or Associate (Registered) Landscape Architect who’s ready to reignite that spark; to work where quality isn’t optional, it’s expected. You’ll join a team that shines bright but stays down-to-earth.

You’ll take projects from concept to completion: shaping the story, refining the detail, leading the project team, and keeping the design intent alive. You’ll collaborate with everyone from developers to engineers, all while delivering work that’s clever, beautiful, and commercially smart.

This role matters. Your creativity helps the studio keep winning work and pushing boundaries across a wide variety of project types (we aren't in urban development).

The Future
Over the next few years, we’ll help you refine your creative voice and grow into more senior roles. There’s room to explore, travel, and define what a 'well-rounded professional you' looks like.

About You

We want to see your portfolio — your best design thinking, your eye for detail, and your ability to tell a visual story.

You’ve got 5–12 years under your belt, a degree or Masters in Landscape Architecture, and you’re registered in Victoria.

Wildly creative, but organised and commercially aware.

The pay and the commute
$90k–$120k + Super, flex to an extent, depending on your experience.

Public transport? Easy.

Driving? You’ll need to master the art of the two-hour park shuffle, but it’s worth it for a studio this fun.
