We are looking for a Policy and Partnership Manager to join a key player in a well-recognised company in Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for those who are looking for a fully remote role

The Role

Duties and responsibilities:

* Lead the Asia-Pacific policy exercise, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination across country programs.
* Develop and implement regional policy engagement and capability-building plans.
* Provide clear, concise policy analysis and advice to support strategy, advocacy, and decision-making.
* Prepare high-quality policy briefs, reports, and communications tailored to diverse audiences.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with governments, NGOs, UN agencies, and public funding partners.
* Coordinate the Asia-Pacific Partnerships Network, driving collaboration, events, and knowledge sharing.
* Identify emerging policy trends, risks, and opportunities to shape regional engagement strategies.
* Support the development and delivery of targeted policy training and staff development programs.
* Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment between policy goals, program design, and funding initiatives.
* Contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across the APAC region.

Your Profile

* Strong background in government relations or policy engagement.
* Proven experience developing and delivering stakeholder engagement plans.
* Willingness to travel across the Asia-Pacific region (including Singapore, India, Indonesia, and the Pacific).
* Multilingual skills highly regarded.
* Experience working with UN agencies, NGOs, or government partners preferred
