About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to join Guardian Protection Services' team as a Fire Rating Installer Supervisor. Working in a full-time capacity from our office in Stanmore, NSW 2048, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of fire-rated materials and ensuring the highest quality and safety standards are met.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate a team of fire rating installers to ensure on-time and high-quality completion of projects

Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate progress

Inspect work-in-progress and completed installations to verify compliance with specifications and regulations

Provide technical guidance and support to the installation team, addressing any issues that arise

Maintain detailed records of all installation activities, including materials used and quality control measures

Ensure strict adherence to all relevant health and safety protocols

Contribute to the continuous improvement of installation processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Fire Rating Installer or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry

Thorough understanding of fire-rated materials, installation techniques, and relevant industry standards and regulations

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders

Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

Relevant qualifications or certifications in fire safety, construction, or a related field
