Harcourts Ignite are looking for a vibrant, outgoing Receptionist and Sales Support Officer to be the friendly face of our Childers Office. Excellent entry level position for someone looking to get into the Real Estate Industry.
Tasks & Responsibilities;
Meet & Greet Clients and members of the general public in a warm and friendly manner.
Provide an outstanding service to clients and fellow co-workers
Have a strong focus on promptly and politely answering all incoming calls and directing to appropriate staff members
Manage all office phone and email enquiries
Collection of rent from tenants, receipting of cash and card payments
Keeping Reception and office area clean and tidy
General administration duties
Applicants must;
Have a high level of personal presentation
Possess excellent communication skills
Possess typing and computer skills
Renumeration;
This is will start as a casual position with above award wages for the right applicant.
Start time is 9:00am-3pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 12 noon Saturday and can be more if the successful candidate needs.
