Support Workers – Indigenous and Non-Indigenous (Male & Female)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Support Workers (both Indigenous and Non-Indigenous, male and female) to join our growing team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centred support to clients in their homes and the community

Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, transport, and domestic duties

Promote independence and community engagement

Work closely with clients to achieve their individual goals

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:

Full availability (including weekends and public holidays)

A reliable vehicle and current driver’s license

Current Yellow Card and Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)

Own smartphone and access to the internet

Strong communication skills and a caring, respectful attitude

Experience in disability, mental health, or aged care support (preferred but not essential)

Cultural awareness and sensitivity to support clients from diverse backgrounds
