About the Roles

North Brisbane (Female Support Workers)
Provide person-centred assistance to NDIS participants in their homes and community. Duties may include personal care, domestic assistance, meal prep, community access, and supporting independence in daily living.

Deception Bay (Male Support Worker)
We are seeking an experienced male worker with a strong background in Mental Health and supporting individuals with high-level ASD and OCD. Good consistent hours are available for the right candidate.

What We Offer

$43.23 per hour (casual rate)

Penalty rates for weekends

About You

Compassionate, reliable, and motivated to make a difference

Experience in disability or mental health support (essential for Deception Bay role)

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Community Services, or equivalent

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current First Aid & CPR

Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
