About the Role:
We urgently seek a female Support Worker with parenting skills and knowledge to support a gentleman with in-home support and community access. This casual position offers flexibility with ongoing shifts.

This role is an in-home support and community access role, providing compassionate care for our participant.

Key Role Details:

Location: Kallangur, QLD

Ongoing shift

Start: Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities:

Providing appropriate support and companionship

Assisting with daily activities and light personal care if required

Facilitating community access and meaningful social outings

Supporting the client’s independence and engagement in everyday life

What We’re Looking For:

Female Support Worker with lived parenting skills (client preference)

Open mind approach for support

Resides in Kallangur or close to

Experience in Disability support, Mental health and Community support

A calm, compassionate, and reliable approach to care

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust

Flexibility to work morning & afternoon shifts, weekdays and weekends.

Essential Requirements:

Valid Blue Card and Yellow Card

Experience in this role

First Aid and CPR Certificate

Ability to provide support in the community
