Workfast are looking for a Family Engagement Coordinator and Enrolment Specialist to join Our Growing Team in Sydney Olympic Park.

Salary: $80K – $100K + Super

Full Time

Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm preferred (flexible hours available)

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Family Engagement Coordinator & Enrolment Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting our early childhood services across NSW.

You’ll be the first point of contact for families and a vital link between our centres and the wider community – managing enrolments, supporting occupancy goals, and maintaining our high standards of care and compliance.

What you’ll be doing:

· Managing family enquiries, enrolments, and waitlists via phone and email

· Providing admin support from our Head Office and occasionally across our centres

· Ensuring accurate use of Xplor (training provided if needed)

· Supporting Centre Directors with enrolment targets and troubleshooting

· Assisting with financial reporting and basic compliance admin

· Delivering outstanding customer service every step of the way

What we’re looking for:

· A people person with strong communication and organisational skills

· Experience with enrolment processes, customer service or admin (childcare experience a bonus!)

· A confident multitasker who enjoys a fast-paced role

· Tech-savvy with an eye for detail

· Willingness to travel to centres occasionally and work closely with the wider team
