With warehouses in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth, our operations are expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Allocations / Admin Officer to join our team at Fairfield East, NSW.
The Role
This is a full-time, permanent role based on-site at Fairfield East – please note there is no work-from-home option.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for transport allocations, scheduling deliveries, managing customer orders, and handling administration tasks.
The role will also include a short period of maternity leave coverage, providing broader business exposure. After this period, you will continue in your long-term allocations/admin role with Liquidia.
For the right candidate, there is also an optional sales bonus structure available on top of your salary.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate transport allocations & delivery schedules
Liaise with drivers, transport providers, and warehouse staff to ensure on-time deliveries
Process customer orders and respond to enquiries
Manage and file delivery dockets, ensuring accurate data entry into systems
Provide administration support to the operations team
Assist with additional admin tasks during maternity coverage
(Optional) Take part in sales activities to earn bonuses
Skills & Experience
Allocations or transport coordination experience is essential
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, reporting, data entry)
Confident with computer systems and databases
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong communication skills to liaise with customers, drivers & warehouse teams
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Interest in sales or customer engagement (advantageous, not required)
What We Offer
$85,000 – $90,000 + Super
Optional sales bonus structure for the right candidate
Full-time hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
On-site at Fairfield East – no WFH
