The Role

• Coordinate and schedule service technicians for maintenance, testing, and repairs
• Manage client enquiries and provide updates on job progress
• Prepare work orders, quotes, and service documentation
• Monitor compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Support field staff and customers to deliver efficient service outcomes

About You

• Experience in service coordination, scheduling, or administration (fire protection or building services background)
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling/ERP systems
• Able to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure
