We are seeking someone to be the face of the business; well presented, with passion and drive; a dynamic, trustworthy self-starter to own a varied Project Coordination / Junior Contracts Admin role whilst also providing some EA support to the MD.

About the Role

A varied, hands-on position spanning Project Coordination, Contracts Admin, and Executive Admin, working closely with the Managing Director and Site Project Manager across the full project lifecycle.

Prepare/review contracts & variations; maintain project docs

Track milestones, budgets & deliverables; update weekly status

Coordinate trades, suppliers, PO’s, materials & deliveries

Raise progress claims/payment claims; reconcile costings

Keep compliance/permits/safety current

Provide EA support: diary/meetings/minutes (including on-site), must be well presented

Assist across multiple jobs to keep schedules on track

About You

Experience in Project Coordination/Contracts Admin (commercial/industrial)

Solid grasp of contracts, documentation & variations

Confident stakeholder coordination (clients, trades, suppliers)

Advanced MS Office; Procore, BuildPass (Hammertech), MS Project valued

Strong communication skills; organised, calm under pressure

High integrity, reliable, autonomous, team-focused

Keen on career progression; a pathway towards Project Management
