You will be supporting a global business in software service and management. You will be provided flexible start and finish time as well as 2 days WFH. You will be joining a team of 4 in Accounts Receivable and a supportive wider finance team of 12.

You will be managing the end-to-end AR process, including customer account management, dispute resolution, and debt collection. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely receipt of payments, maintaining healthy cash flow, and fostering strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and update customer information in the accounting system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare monthly reports on receivables, aging, and collections for management review.
• Responding promptly to customer enquires by emails and calls with a volume of 10-15 calls daily.
• Recommending actions for delinquent accounts and bad debts.

About you:

• Minimum of 2 years of prior full-function experience in Accounts Receivable,
• Demonstrating strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with a keen eye for reconciliation and investigative tasks.
• Proficiency in accounting software, particularly NetSuite, will be highly regarded but is not essential.
