About the role
As as Senior Client Services Officer, you will:
- Work closely with Central Hub Therapy Team Leaders and Managers
- Manage complex administrative tasks and support continuous improvements
- Handle financial processes including billing, NDIS claims, account reconciliation and reporting
- Maintain accurate customer records and support systems, including onboarding and student placements
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, therapists, and internal teams
- Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments; support reception and general office operations
- Prepare professional correspondence and documents; manage supplies and purchasing in line with business need

About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Experience in a senior administrative or client-facing role
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple systems
- Well-developed computer skills and experience within Microsoft Office
- A collaborative, values-driven approach with a passion for supporting others
- Right to work in Australia
- Required checks (NDIS Worker Screening, National Police Clearance, drivers licence, COVID vaccination)
