We specialise in supplying and installing industry-leading brands across the commercial sector and hold multiple contracts with both government and private organisations. As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our team with a dedicated and proactive Service Coordinator.

The Position

Join a collaborative and supportive team of Service Coordinators where your role will be vital to the smooth delivery of our services. In this fast-paced, varied position, you'll play a central role in managing customer enquiries, scheduling technicians, preparing quotes, and ensuring parts are sourced efficiently. On-the-job training is provided to help you succeed in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate service jobs and schedule field technicians

Handle incoming service calls and customer enquiries

Prepare quotes and liaise with clients and contractors

Manage preventive maintenance contracts and service requests

Source parts and assist with project coordination

Maintain accurate records using company systems

The Person

We’re looking for a motivated and organised professional with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

You will have:

Proven experience in a scheduling, administration, or coordination role

Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner

The ability to learn new systems quickly

A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic

Good technical aptitude and attention to detail

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience in service-based industries such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or similar

Familiarity with simPRO or comparable job management software
