About Us

JSW has been supporting communities across the South West since 1992 — helping people get jobs, gain qualifications, and find their feet.

We’re a one-stop shop for career, training, and employment advice. Our services are free and accessible to all, with centres located on TAFE campuses and other regional locations.

We also provide practical, professional advice to employers and businesses on training and workforce development.

At JSW, we’re driven by the opportunity to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
