JH Civil Group is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our growing team, working across a variety of civil construction projects. You'll play a key role in delivering quality work through safe and efficient machine operation.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

Operating a variety of machinery ranging from 1.5T to 50T.

Safely load and unload plant and equipment.

Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.

Demonstrating proficiency in trenching, bulk earthworks, stormwater installation, and pipework.

Ensuring reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic.

Maintaining a positive attitude and work collaboratively within a team environment.

Taking pride in workmanship, including routine machine maintenance and care.

Ensuring capability of working independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Excavator Operator.

Proven experience operating machinery ranging from 1.5T to 50T.

Current and valid machine operating tickets (e.g. Statement of Attainment, VOC).

White Card (General Construction Induction Card).

Valid HR (Heavy Rigid) truck license.

Current driver’s license.

Reliable personal transport to and from site.
