We’re seeking a hands-on Medispa Sales Trainer who can coach, motivate, and elevate our Beauty Consultants to deliver exceptional client experiences and hit their KPIs with confidence.

This role isn’t about PowerPoints — it’s about being on the clinic floor, observing consultations, and conducting live training sessions with both new and existing staff. You’ll lead by example, teaching how to build trust, handle objections, and confidently sell high-value treatment packages ($2,000–$10,000+).

What You’ll Do

Conduct hands-on training and live coaching for all sales staff

Develop and deliver ongoing training for new hires and existing consultants

Drive sales performance through KPI monitoring, motivation, and skill development

Collaborate with management to design incentives and refine client journey excellence

About You

Proven record selling high-ticket beauty or medispa packages

Strong background in sales coaching, training, or leadership

Dynamic, people-focused communicator who inspires results

Experience in medispa, aesthetics, or luxury retail essential
