Lansvale GWM, a leading automotive dealership, is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to help lead our New Vehicle Sales team.

We are looking for a results-driven leader who can inspire a sales team, achieve volume and gross profit targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role:

Manage all aspects of new car sales, including internet lead follow-ups, walk-in customers, and paperwork

Oversee the daily activities and goals of the sales team

Drive monthly sales targets to contribute to dealership success

Generate reports and provide insights to Senior Management

Assist with showroom presentation and coordinate yard changes as needed

Conduct test drives and provide exceptional pre- and post-sales service

Lead by example with a positive, can-do attitude

About You:

Proven experience in a management role within the automotive industry

GWM or other new car brand experience highly regarded

Self-motivated, professional, and reliable

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

High level of customer service and relationship management

Valid driver’s license

Completion of National Police Check

Strong team player with leadership capabilities
