The Role

· Leading a team of labour relations advisers to deliver Government objectives

· Designing and implementing whole-of-government policy reforms and strategies

· Leading the negotiation of industrial agreements to deliver economically and industrially sustainable outcomes

· Supporting public sector employers navigate the labour relations framework

· Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

· Being adaptive, evidence-based, collaborative and transparent

· Contributing to the achievement of LGIRS’ corporate objectives
