HSB Resources is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Safety Professionals to join our team for upcoming major infrastructure construction projects across Brisbane and South East Queensland.
These are site-based roles with both short-term and long-term opportunities, and the potential for full-time employment for motivated professionals looking to grow their careers.

About the Role

You'll be joining the HSB Resources project team to support the implementation and continual improvement of safety management systems across major infrastructure projects.
These roles will see you working closely with our clients to enhance on-site safety performance and drive a proactive safety culture.

You will:

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with WHS legislation and project standards.

Develop, review, and implement site-specific Safety Management Plans and Safe Work Procedures.

Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, and targeted training sessions.

Investigate incidents and near misses, implementing effective corrective actions.

Collaborate with project management teams to embed safety into daily operations.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and safety performance data.

Key Requirements:

Minimum Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (Diploma highly regarded)

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in civil or infrastructure construction projects.

Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels.

Proactive, self-motivated, and well-organised.

Team-oriented with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.

Current driver's licence and ability to travel locally to project sites.

Australian citizenship is required for this position.

Current Construction Induction (White Card) required before commencement.
