Our business is growing and we are looking for Full Time ‘Sales and Support Team Members’ to jump in and join our close-knit team as an integral part of our future growth.

About the role
This full-time role focuses on meeting customer needs with a solution-driven approach, handling sales and technical inquiries, and following up on training leads. We’re seeking people who excel at building relationships, solving problems, and are motivated by a team environment. Experience with CRM tools is preferred, but we’ll provide on-the-job training.
What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
Deliver tailored solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records.
Contribute to meeting team sales/support targets.
Engage in face-to-face sales of equipment and product accessories.
Have a base understanding of support order processing, invoicing, and warehouse operations.
